Star Program
For new graduates, our Star Program helps them transition smoothly from campus to career. We integrate training in safety, professional etiquette, general skills, and role-specific competencies，combined with peer sharing, expert sessions, entrepreneur interactions, team outings, one-on-one mentorship, and rotational assignments. We support our newest members in navigating their early career stages and realizing their full potential.
StarLink & StarSpark Programs
For experienced hires, we assign employees to the StarLink or StarSpark programs according to their onboarding stage. Using a blended "Learn–Practice–Assess–Feedback" system, participants engage in general courses, explore personal growth potential, clarify dual development paths, and participate in mentorship and professional learning. This approach stimulates potential while creating a win-win outcome for both individual growth and organizational development.
Virtues Series Bootcamps
For new managers, we've designed the Virtues Series—a progressive training journey through Awakening, Understanding, Practicing, and Mastering stages. Grounded in a "Measure-Learn-Practice-Evaluate-Review" framework and enriched with action learning, book study sessions, and blended online-offline formats, this enables a smooth transition into leadership and equips managers to drive team and business growth together.
Professional Days
At CVTE, we value the growth of every CVTEr. In addition to ongoing learning through the "C-Know" Cloud Academy, we organize a range of annual initiatives such as TechDay (Technology Week), Micro-Innovation Programs, Specialized Skills Competitions, Technical Bootcamps, Departmental Training Sessions, and Professional Day events. These activities provide an open platform for employees in various roles to learn, grow, and exchange ideas.
